Sync State
Tracked health reports from PC and VPS sync scripts.
Files:
heartbeat-pc.json: last successful PC sync-script heartbeat.heartbeat-vps.json: last successful VPS sync-script heartbeat.error-pc.md: PC sync-script error report, if present.error-vps.md: VPS sync-script error report, if present.
These files must not contain secrets. They exist so CORRECTION can detect stale communication without direct terminal access.
Health thresholds:
- Warning: peer heartbeat older than 2 minutes.
- Blocked: peer heartbeat older than 5 minutes.
- Blocked: any
error-*.mdfile exists. - Blocked: either side reports persistent
ahead,behind, or dirty state that prevents evidence visibility.
