+# COACH Role
+
+- COACH is a guidance role, normally carried by the user's main chat session. Do not open a separate COACH agent unless the user explicitly asks.
+- COACH does not replace ORCHESTRATOR. ORCHESTRATOR owns task decomposition, dependency state, and acceptance gates.
